After supper, we headed off to St. Fin Barre's, the Church of Ireland
Cathedral in Cork. WOW! Jem Moore, Bob Force, Seamus Brady and Tomo
Yamaguchi! What a line-up! All different, all wonderful musicians, all
inspiring! And the acoustics in the sanctuary didn't hurt much either, even
if Bob Force had to hold back some.

Afterwards, there was a performance at a pub near the apartments,
Bachelor's on the Quay, by Aaron Spectre who builds dance grooves on his
laptop, and plays hammered dulcimer over them - a very unusual use of the
dulcimer in my experience.
There was a session at Christie's apartment until the wee hours. I had to
stop because I literally couldn't hold the bodhran tipper any longer, nor
keep my eyes open. That was about 3:00 or 3:30AM. But then, when I got to the
room, Brandy and I talked until about 4:00AM. Thankfully, I didn't have anything terribly responsible
to do the next day.
